I just picked my car up from Belknap, had a detailing done. My car was bad when I brought it in. Like, really bad (kids, pets etc) ! I picked up a brand-new car it looks amazing! There was a loaner, all warmed up, waiting for me too! I'm beyond pleased with their attention to detail! Feels like when I bought it a yr and a half ago!
I bought one of those Subaru's that burned oil. A class action lawsuit established that Subaru was at fault (See Internet-Subaru oil consumption lawsuit). This dealership knew of the problem but strung me along through four consumption tests when they knew of the problem. They knew about the lawsuit but did not simply acknowledge any of this. We worked diligently with Mr. **** to address his concerns regarding his Subaru. Subaru requires its dealers to perform specific tests, on any vehicle, whose owner has a complaint of excessive oil consumption. The vehicle must fail their (Subaru's) oil consumption test. Subaru (the Manufacturer) has created this test to identify cars with this issue. We performed the required test on Mr. ******* vehicle 3 times. It passed twice. Brought my wife's car in for an inspection, needed new tires and they said an alignment for them to put a sticker on. When we went to another shop to get the tires on, the other place said no alignment was necessary with the proper paperwork showing that. Belknap still refused to put the new sticker on.
