I had the absolute best car buying experience today. Kyle went above and beyond what he needed to do to help get me into my Impreza! Jeff worked with me to get the best deal while financing as well to keep in my budget, but still have everything I needed. I would definitely recommend Belknap Subaru to anyone who asks.
Rarely would I give 5 stars, especially to a car dealership. However, Belknap Subaru continues to exceed my expectations from initial sale through ongoing service. Each department and each person operates as an A+ Professional and treats the customer as a valued partner in an ongoing, long-term relationship.
The service was fantastic. I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in for an 1130 appointment same day! I came in with my 2014 Crosstrek because it was making a clicking noise in the drive shaft. They couldn't find that, but instead, the replaced my bearing and the noise went away. It was under warranty so it was no cost to me. Great waiting room atmosphere and the workers explained everything in a way I could understand. I have owned 5 Subaru's so far, and 4 of them were from Belknap Subaru. My husband has bought 2 from them as well. The service department is excellent, and can always squeeze me in for whatever I need. The staff is very professional, and I loved the sales person that sold me my XV CrossTrek. I'm looking forward to my next Subaru, hopefully that will be soon!
I love my 2014 Subaru Forester that I bought new at Belknap Subaru. I have it serviced there and will continue to do so. So far I have no complaints!
