Car salespeople have never been my favorite people, but after my experience at Belknap Subaru, I will never go anywhere else! Justin, Kyle and Brian... you guys are awesome!!! You guys made it a very pleasant experience. I love my new Crosstrek!! Thank you!
Took my car in for inspection, was failed due to ‘worn out rear ball joint’. Luckily I had a tire rotation scheduled at a different mechanic shop within a few days after. The new shop checked my ‘failed ball joint’ for me and stated, there was nothing wrong with it and gave me my inspection sticker. This was really disappointing and now I don’t feel I can trust the mechanics at Belknap Subaru in the future.

Low pressure, fair price!
The service department here is always upfront with me, and I respect that. I genuinely feel that the guys in the shop working on the cars, and the service department as a whole have my best interests at heart. The snacks in the waiting area are a plus, too. ;)
Less then helpful service in the service department after damage was done to my wife’s car they denied any of it was done there, was told to contact Beth in service today but apparently she’s out until the 27th you will always get the run around with these guys highly suggest going to Ed Riley Subaru in concord for your Subaru needs.
Brought my car in today for a recall. Got it home noticed a big scratch on my car, sent them a picture of it and they are denying that they did it! Yes my car may already have a few dings on it when it came in but I washed my car by hand yesterday and I can assure you 100% this one was not there! DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR THERE!!
