My boyfriend purchased his 2008 Outback from Mark. We are from Staten Island,New York. Best dealership ever. Wish we had one here that was half as great! That was in 2010, he purchased it. Excellent service and staff!
The customer service--both on the phone and in person--has been awesome, they have a desk next to an outlet for those of us who have to work, two comfortable waiting areas that offer tea, coffee, and snacks (including fruit!), and they recycle using TerraCycle. I was in and out in no time, and they did great work. I'll definitely be back.
No complaints, nice clean dealership, everyone is so kind and helpful. They take time to listen and make you feel special. A+
Belknap Subaru made the car buying experience quick and painless. No pushy sales people here. I think the total process took less than two hours to complete.
