I started bringing my old Subaru to Belknap Subaru several years ago when I researched prices for needed work and found that the Dealership was always less expensive. Now I am leasing and bring the car there for everything. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The waiting area is warm and spotless with a coffee maker and snacks. I have never left there without my car being freshly washed and vacuumed. I almost look forward to having my Su-baby serviced.
Had a looong wait for my inspection and oil change, but when I told them about it for their survey they sent me a gas card AND refunded my service charge! That's service!

We had a problem with our rear lift gate during last nites (11/26/18) snow/rain. We were in Plymouth and didnt want to drive to Tilton. We tried all of the service manual and on line solutions and then called Bellknap Subaru hoping they would have a fix that would allow us to close our liftgate and turn off all of the associated warning lights.
