I wrote my first review when I bought my first Subaru in 2014. I'm updating it now because the excellent service continues. I wanted a more beefed up version of my Forrester so I bought a 2017. Got an amazing deal and a more than fair trade for my 2014. The process was easy and quick both times. The service department is my favorite part of this dealership, though. They are thorough and honest. It's really a great business and to top it all off they give back to the community in a big way.
I love buying local and that was my main reason for buying my 2018 Forester. I did not like the computer-aided steering so I stopped in and a service mechanic turned it off for me. Much better! Gas mileage is very good and the air is great and rides well!
Bought my first Subaru yesterday, Got a used 2010 Outback. Nate, the sales rep I worked with, was very kind and helped me right away. He found the vehicle I was looking for and we test drove it. I've never driven a Subaru but instantly knew that it was the car I wanted. I have never gotten the level of service that I received before from any dealer. AWESOME JOB BELKNAP SUBARU and thank you again!
Mark and all the staff were so helpful and got us into our perfect car! My husband and I had the best experience today getting our new crosstrek! We can’t thank all of them enough!
Every time I come in here they say I need new tires try something different people stop selling crap that people don’t need I just got my tires 2 months ago nice try !!!
All I have to say is good luck dealing with Mark the owner of the company.. He is downright rude. I bought a car here yesterday and left feeling let down about my experience. Here’s a tip for you kind sir... Customer Service is your #1 selling point when you own this business. I would do yourself a personal favor and let your staff run your business more! I had a pleasant experience with both the salesman I dealt with and the finance manager however.
Bought a new Subaru Forester yesterday. This was our second buying experience with Nate Barnett and Belknap Subaru in the past two years. Our first Forester was totalled by a moose three weeks ago, but my son walked away without a scratch. We only stopped in to speak with Nate about replacing my car, told him what I wanted and he found a car, worked on some numbers and I ended up driving my new car home.
