Last month I bought a 2016 Outback from Belknap Subaru and love it! A safe, great ride and a no hassle buying experience. Salesman, David Elliot made the entire experience a "walk in the park", thanks David and if you are looking for a new or used auto check out a Subaru and ask for David Elliot you won't be disappointed.
Worst experience ever with their service department. I got my car back in worse condition that I brought it to them in and they charged me for parts that were never even replaced.
Responded very quickly
it was terrible, they said it was a done deal. Then when they called our finance company the dealership tried to tack an extra 1,500 dollars on to the deal. It was a big waste of time, travel and gas. Will never go there again.
We purchased a 2009 outback from Belknap. We had a seamless experience. There are several minor issues that we are in the process of working through, but all in all we have had a great experience. We are not anticipating any problems. We worked with Eric Natal. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to chat with.
Belknap Subaru goes above and beyond. The product is absolutely wonderful. My Subaru drives through anything, and I feel totally safe. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have purchased two vehicles here, and I will definitely be back when it is time to trade.
Could not find the car I needed, but agent and management were professional, friendly, and took as much time as I needed to answer any questions.
