The new management is horrible and makes you pay double for stuff you already paid. They will come up with excuses as to why they are charging you. They will call you a liar and say you're wrong when you tell them exactly what they had said previously. I recommend recording every conversation you have with management because they will try to scam you.
I've been living here for just over a year now and overall it's been a great experience. The new management team goes above and beyond to make living here as enjoyable as possible. They have hosted several resident events and have been making an incredible effort to create a community at this complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management is absolutely terrible. Roscoe recently purchased it from Avenue 5 and it's gone from terrible to even worse. Mary is so incredibly rude and not helpful in the least. I have had more problems with my apparent - my bathroom ceiling flooded and caved in, my AC unit has broken 6 times. Management has no idea what is going on and doesn't even have the correct contact information which is shocking because Avenue 5 had all of it. It's a hot mess. Do not live here

Able to accommodate the trendiest of hipsters and provide comfort for the happiest of families. "Belara Austin is the perfect apartment complex!" says one resident, noting on the community's excellence. You CAN NOT beat the price! So close to downtown! And everything is brand new! Lauren is super helpful and friendly. Despite some issues before moving in, they were fixed immediately. We have not had any other issues so far. You get plenty of hot water, quiet area, and plenty of parking. There is a dog run too which is gated, which allows my dog to run freely. This place is a bit east from downtown, but it was only about $7 lyft. drive on the weekends. The price was great, as other locations on Riverside were run down, and had terrible reviews. Katie and Lauren and both SUPER helpful with answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. We love our apartment! It's brand new, spacious and a great location close to downtown. Highly recommend Belara!
Belara is really the best experience I've ever had with an apartment complex. Not only because the apartment itself is beautiful but because the staff is amazing. Katie, Lauren and Andrew are THE best! They are so helpful and made the entire process as easy as possible. As I stated earlier, the apartment itself is beautiful.
