ROACHESSSSSSS. You pay monthly for pest control but it doesn't work. Submit a maintenance request for pest control but no response. I'm writing this review to you today because I found a roach IN MY BED. Seems like a small request to ask that there not be roaches IN MY BED.

RecommendedThe location is very convenient. The stuff members are really polite (Jessica) . And in general the environment is really friendly, clean and quiet !

RecommendedWe love, love, love living at Belara. The office staff is amazing. Our unit is spacious, updated and clean! The amenities are great. We love having our friends over to swim and play volleyball. The response time with maintenance and general correspondence is very quick. I have nothing bad to say. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
