Dr Beinart was my Doctor for many years, he advised me to get surgery done and clearly explained the need and what could happen if I don't get it done. I wish I lived in Annapolis. I will provide a reference to anyone for my favorite Doctor- Arthur H Jackson Jr Retired Montgomery County Transportation Commissioner.
I had a scheduled follow-up appointment and the doctors office canceled my appointment twice and didn't have the decency to call, text or email me. Both times I drove over 1 hour for my appointment just to learn that they canceled my appointment and would have to reschedule. Charles Sims
