No communication, no action. I’m concerned that they don’t understand what property management means. Here I’ll help; “Property management is the operation, control, and oversight of real estate. Management indicates the need of real estate to be cared for, monitored and accountability for its useful life and condition.” But I’m sure that would sound like a foreign language to them.

RecommendedBeech Tree Property Management is a great company to deal with. I emailed them this afternoon with some questions and they got back to me within an hour or so, which is a wonderful change since the prior HOA management company would never email or call me back. They are also extremely quick at taking care of issues as a tree had fallen this weekend on one of the townhomes and as of today the tree is gone as well as the stump. I completely recommend them for an HOA or a property management company.
Aspen creek apartments are infested with cockroaches. Unreasonable and questionable charges. Didn’t fix anything in a timely manner. Had to clean our own carpet, fixtures broke, apartment smelt of sewage, smells of smoke and noise complaints daily from other tenants. Water damages to walls from sewage drains leaking and water damage to cabinets when we moved in.
