Horrible, almost unbelievable experience with this very dishonest company. RENTERS BEWARE- I hope you steer way clear! Protect you, your family, and your money. As a RENTER, avoid this farce of a company at all costs. They come back 4 years later and try to make you pay for things that should have been taken care of before you ever moved in. They are terrible to deal with and we can't wait for our day in court. That is what you have to look forward to if you choose to use their company. RUN AWAY!!!
Horrible horrible people. Ever noticed they can’t keep an employee? Maybe that’s because of the way they conduct business. Can’t pay your own bills unless you charge out the a$$ in bogus charges and fees when people move out. This company won’t go far and I recommend staying very far away.
Terrible management!!!!! They do answer the phone, but they dont do their job!!!!! No maintainance, no tree triming, WELL NO NOTHING, So sorry to have this companies “ taking care of HOA’s
I'm fortunate enough NOT to have property managed by this company, but someone close to me just received a letter stating their house needed to be painted. I get it, you don't want the subdivision to look unkempt, but are you aware of what's going on in the world? Bad timing folks.
These people don’t do anything. They have us pay their stupid HOA dues just to have the street lights remain burnt out for an entire year, siding fall off of units and unshoveled or salted sidewalks in the winter. If you have a choice avoid this company at all costs. The only reason why they have more than one star ratings is because members of the company boost it with five stars. All they want is your money, not to actually create a safe and clean place to live.
