I needed a suit for a Daddy Daughter dance, Arielle helped me find exactly what I needed. She matched my tie and pocket square to my daughters dress. The whole staff was incredibly nice and treated us like family.
Do not use this shop...we returned our rental on the day required but they still charged us a non-return fee! When I called, the rude employee claimed she had issued the return. She did not, and the bank says there was no refund issued. She continued to argue with me and then hung up on me. There has to be a better place with a more COMPETENT staff to do business with. I can assure you, we will not be back!

I went to the hickory location and Jennifer helped me tremendously! She was super personable and made it so much fun for my family and I! Not to mention she helped me stay in my budget unlike other places that put you in a dress wayyyy over the budget! I highly recommend this place �
Excellent service! They had great teamwork and got us in and out in no time! Raj was the perfect person to work with my son! He was very pleasant and also very personable. Cost was less than other places! Great experience!

This is the best place to go for wedding, prom, evening wear. I HIGHLY recommend Bedazzled. I showed up with my daughter without an appointment and we were greeted as soon as we came in and they worked us in even though they were busy. The staff here is AMAZING. They are courteous, respectful, professional, and helpful. My daughter found the perfect dress for her wedding and the veil to go with it. I shopped here for my prom dress and everytime I went I always had a great experience when it came to my prom dress. I plan on coming back here to get my boyfriend's tuxedo because of how nice the employees are :)
