Having been to both locations the hickory location is much better than the Gastonia location. Although I said I wasn’t going to try anything on because it was 15 minutes until close it was like the staff had already turned off their customer service mode and didn’t want to answer my questions nicely. Very disappointed as I’ve shopped at this location before.

Hickory location—- I took a trip to Hickory to go shopping for a wedding gown. The day were we leaving to head back home my cousin found this particular store, we went into the store in October 2018, we were greeted by Amanda, she did not care if we walked-in without an appointment. She was super friendly, very professional and very helpful. We had the best consultant ever. Not only did Ariel accomodate 1 bride but 2 at the same time. She took the time to make personal selections for both of us and made us both feel special. She definately made a daunting task fun and relaxing.
