we have used Bedazzled for several occasions now and the staff are always very helpful
me and my wedding party order our dresses from the Gastonia mall location. most of the staff was friendly but we've had several issues with our dresses, including my wedding dress. I ordered a brand new wedding dress and it was gave to me with buttons missing and looks like it was maybe a floor dress that has been worn before. Half of the buttons on one side on corset were missing. I've having to pay out extra money to my steamsess to fix this issues. I went to the Gastonia location on Sunday April 28,2019 with no appointment and Barbra greeted and worked with me. She is so helpful and such a wonderful person, cannot wait to go back again. To me they have a better selection than David's bridal and the prices are not bad at all. Can't wait for round two ☺️
