I couldn’t not even begin to express my gratitude with the entire staff but especially Lauren. I was a walk-in around 6pm, and although they close at 7, I was given the time, patience and one on one customer experience that I hoped for. I had the best experience at the Hickory location! Vicki was the absolute best consultant and she met all of my wants and expectations. I highly recommend everyone trying this place out and I plan on returning to purchase bridesmaid dresses in the future�
Walked into Bedazzled today at 4:10pm. We were warmly greeted immediately upon entering the store. They were super busy. We were told to look around and we would be helped shortly. We met a very special young lady. Nyggh � She was absolutely amazing. She asked my daughter lots of important questions that helped her pick out some dresses to try on. Nyggh not only helped her put the dress on, but fixed her hair and matched the veil for her. Never once did we feel pressured to buy a dress or did we feel like we were in a hurry.... read more
I can not say enough good things about Lauren. Not only did she help me to find a dress that I completely fell in love with she made the experience fun. Also she went out of her way and continually made conversation with me and my entire party. Then when I came back to change the grooms color she made sure I had help and continued conversation from the beginning. Such a sweet and lovely girl who is great at her job. Thank you Lauren!
