I should have cancelled my appointment after I dropped in a few days prior to my appointment & the sales person on staff was nasty. The best advice I can give is go to Poffie girls, Gastonia or Beautiful Bride in Shelby. They have more dresses, better prices, and they have great customer service also willing to work with you! As stressful as planning a wedding can be, you want to work with companies who are helpful in all aspects! This is the first time I have ever had to give a company 1 star.
The associate Jenny that assisted me with my wedding dress was a dream and very patient with me. I also purchased my daughter's bridesmaids dresses but a associate ordered the wrong dress. When I called and brought it to the manager on shift attention she told me several times that that was the dress that I ordered. When I took them back to the store and showed the same manager the correct dress, she realized that the two dresses have same number order just in different order. Although I didn't have an appointment the ladies worked me in even though they were quite busy on a Sunday. Jenny was very sweet and honest at helping me find my perfect dress. I had a really fun time there where as wedding dress shopping can be stressful. Amazing, I can't thank Jenny enough.

Ok my girlfriend is in 2 weddings so I've had to deal with two different places this year. I will have to say that this place has a good selection but as far as service goes, it absolutely sucks! If they're busy with a lot of people they do not take care of everyone properly... Furthermore, the no refund policy is total bull!!! It is not good customer service if something happens and the person can not pay for their dress or if the wedding is canceled. The customer service was terrible. One of the lady's discouraged me from trying on dresses and told me to come back and at a later date. After I had looked through books for maybe 30-45 minutes. I was not at all satisfied.
I found my dream dress at Bedazzled! Jennifer was super helpful and patient and in the end I found my dress!
We had the best experience! Our consultant was so helpful and got my daughter in the most perfect dress that we were able to take home the same day with no alterations, no ordering. I would highly recommend this store for your bridal and prom needs. Great staff and prices.
