Purchased a certified used vehicle in 2014 with an extended warranty. Was told warranty was 72 months/80,000 mile warranty. Now there are mega problems wrong with the car. Just under 10,000 miles have been put on it. Major Problems are starting with it and come to find out the warranty started in 2009 when we didn't own the car. Shady Shady. Really pleased with Service department
Just got the new Jeep Cherokee 1 month ago and I’m already in the shop with electrical problems. Haven’t even put 1500 miles on it and nothing is working. NG!!! Very annoyed
Had questions about a repair that was performed on my truck and the Service manager was rude and argumentative. I was calm and decided to walk away as you cannot communicate with someone like that and he then proceded to yell to me as I was walking away. VERY unprofessional and not the way anyone should do buisness. I recommend others to stay away from Chevrolet service if you ever want to question the repairs to you vehicle and want to be treated respectfully.
I purchased over 2 vehicles from Bedard's. Part of the "sell" is the awesome service department. Well I've used the same mechanic for years...I didn't need to use Bedard's. Well let me say....I now use Bedard's not only for all my car buying but the service department is OUTSTANDING!!
