Horrible service and terrible customer care
I had a great experience working with Dave Kondej to buy my 2019 Dodge Big Horn. He was personable but professional and got me a great deal. The whole team was fantastic to work with.
bought my honda civic(used) on halloween last year from Julie. had 0 problems with it so far. it truly is the best car ever. Yesterday I had to get an oil change and I had Steve at the service center. it was a wonderful experience. He was kind and courteous. He also even held the doors for me. He gave me the time frame and clear recommendations(I know nothing about cars) on what I will need for future visit. His kindness and compassion for his job is genuine. Give that man a raise he is a 10+ star employee!!
I had the best experience in buying my new Impala. The service has been beyond my expectations. 2 weeks ago I went for service and was told it was for the following week. My mistake. But the service guy said we never turn anyone down. So sit and relax and I'll take care of you asap. 1 hr later the car was done and I sure was a happy camper.
I missed placed my car keys and Bedard is help out so much they are sending a tow person to tow my vehicle up to them on them and is going to give me a spare key! Thank you so much I appreciate it!!!
