They took advantage of my brother, stating the warranty they sold him would last the life of his loan, when in reality he paid $2000 for a warranty that was only good for 6 months, now he has a car that he can’t use due to major problems that should be covered by a warranty he thought he bought, stay far away from this car dealership, all they care about is the money and not the customer, I and my whole family will never give these crooks business again.
I just leased a brand new Chevy Equinox today from Mark Sovello and it was the best car experience I have ever had. I went there already knowing which vehicle I wanted and he didn’t try to push anything else on me and was very personable. After my bad experience with another big name dealership I kind of went in with the mentality that it would be the same and it was the exact opposite! Mark was fantastic and Brian Weller (sales manager) and Rob (financing) were all great too! I highly recommend to everyone. 5 Stars ⭐️
