I was denied service for my "free oil change" because I did not have an appointment. The garage was completely empty & they were still opened for another hour. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. If you truly treated the needs of every individual with paramount concern, you would have fit my oil change in. Don't expect any referrals.

I am from New York and have always bought new cars from the Albany area and I went to the dealers to get their prices and went to Bedard which was my last stop and in the last 2 years I have bought brand new Silverado diesel and a Equinox from Joanna who made me feel right at home no pressure, and I can't say enough about the service they have done on my truck and car meets my expectations and that really says a lot thanks to Jeremy in the service department also Marcus who did the work on my truck.

make sure your auto mechanics are competent by properly installing equipment so that the customer then doesn't damage their car and then you blame the damage on the customer and you don't have to repair it.

I went down to look at couple crv that I saw on Berard side and another online page. Eric came over and asked if need help, after we exchanged info. Eric pointed out a Crv with very low mileage. Which fit my needs. He answer questions, I had about newer Hondas. Best experience I had when buying a car, truthfully best experience in retail in a long time.
Great service team, especially in the jeep department. Quite a few great salesman. Highly recommend Frank Bird in Chevy. I sought him out to sell me my 2018 Jeep Wrangler specifically. He more than happily sold me the vehicle I was looking for. Totally painless. Quick , easy and reliable.
