Have had beaver plumbing for the past 3 to 5 years. They have reseated the toilet twice within less than 2 years, is leaking to this day. The percular aspect is this, I called them 9/17/21 regarding the shower head leaking again, which they came to fix July of 2020, the lady from the company asked about the toilet "leaking". I said no. However I was wrong. It sounds like rain in the basement whenever the toilet is flushed YUKY YUKY. I know people including myself that have opted out on this company.
