The longest I've ever had to wait to just be triaged. After a 3 hour wait it took 15 minutes to be treated and sent on my way. Although staff was very nice, I was feeling miserable having to wait so long.
I have never had such a bad experience. The doctor I saw did nothing to help me. He didn't exam me just ask questions. I gave a urine sample and I was told that he don't care about that, it says nothing. Are you kidding me. I was there 5hrs yesterday to be given a pain shot and sent home. So NOT HAPPY
I had one best experience Tuesday... They were very caring and the dermatology department all the staff nurses and especially the doctor.. Makin sure I was comfortable amd answer any and all of my questions or concerns!!! Making sure I was OK during all of the procedures and recovery.. Even went out way to give me some juice amd A granola bar which did help settle my nerves...
This review is about Dr. Frank Lee and his team in gastroenterology. Cynthia and Dr. Lee are very professional and I feel that they work hard to make sure their patients are cared for. Thanks for taking care of me, guys!
