I put off going to urgent care because I was worried about the reviews I read...well...NONE of the negative reviews were true in my experience..there was virtually no wait time and everyone I came in contact with were at the top of their game. I have had so many bad experiences with Drs lately I'm automatically on edge and defensive the minute I step into the office...until yesterday...staff and doctors were professional and treated me like a human. I love Beaver medical especially my doctor Phillip Lee he has two nurse's that are the best I can be sick one day and I call and they get me in ASAP Clara Bell and Tanya are what nurse's are all about
I love my daughter's new Dr. Dr. Emily Swant and my daughter will be happy to return if needed
I never feel comfortable going to urgent care for treatment because except for one Dr, one time, there never seems to be a fully accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Here's hoping this one got it right.
