I’ve been going to the Highland office for more than 25 years and for the most part they were outstanding. Lately however it’s become ridiculous trying to get through to my doctor. The waiting on hold just for the operator is inexcusable. Then another long wait after they redirect your call. They seriously need to update the phone system and email.
Going on hour three of waiting. Front desk staff is apathetic at best. Expressed being in pain at intake, still sitting here. Was told there were two people ahead of me. After they called three people back, I was told one more ahead of me. Apparently at Beaver Medical 2 equals 4. There has been zero apology for the extensive wait. I've experienced better care at a public emergency room.
I hate going there, but I always leave there better than when I walked in the door. Thank you for what you do. I appreciate each and every one of you. You have a hard job, & you handle it with dignity & class. Thank you!
I have high regards for Beaver Medical Group in Highland, California. Dr Coriel is the best primary doctor I've ever had! 5 stars all the way!!!!! *****
