Great doctors if you don't mind giving up your whole day to wait for appointments. Yet again the doctor is running over an hour behind. This appointment was scheduled a year ago and cancelled twice by Beaver and here I sit waiting with the doctor running over an hour behind. Inexcusable! A better system is needed.
Not happy everytime I make a physical apt for my husband and we have to wait a good 2 months then then they cancel the appointment. Then the next one is another 2 or 3 months. Cross our fingers they don't cancel again! !!!! This happend to my husband 2 times. That's two different doctors.
Referred a friend over who moved to my area and after doing all the leg work herself (calling previous dr's office for medical records, following up, asking for previous dr to refax since they didn't receive records x2 conveniently) then explaining her health condition, it took 6 wks for them to decide they are unable to see her. This office is in need of new medical records and MA staff! Incompetent staff is a direct reflection of a physician. Very unprofessional.
I've been trying to reach a doctors office and have been on hold at least 5 minutes. Way too long. Can't they loop calls back to the operator? Or, install an email system to write the docs?
