RecommendedIt’s really quick in and out for appointments and the staff is great
After this office incorrectly filled out my paperwork for school, I attempted to go back to get it corrected. What was supposed to be a simple task turned into a 3 week dilemma that FINALLY got fixed however paperwork was still missing. Frustrated dealing with idiots at utilization review, I think they get rated by the number of declination the do, totaling ignorance of medical criteria for an important piece of medical equipment. Will file formal complaint and grievance with my health plan. If I find out that someone other than a doctor reviewed my case, I will file a complaint with the medical board for practicing medicine without a license.

Revamp the whole place. Their staff and operation are the worst.
