I've had unpleasant experiences at any hospital I've been to including bdch. But yesterday my care was phenomenal. I've literally never been in so much pain and the doctor Dr andreakos and the nurses went above and beyond yesterday. They were sympathetic and helpful and showed what true patient care should be like. I am very grateful. Not only that, when they called today to find out how I was doing, they again went above and beyond to help me feel better. Thank you BDCH.
They sent me home with out the Dr even really checking me out and they rapped the sores on my legs without even cleaning them. I was in so much pain and nothing was done for the pain I was in. And now with Christmas being tomorrow I really don't want to spend Christmas in the ER in Madison but I do that or I deal with it and go to the ER the day after . Went to the Beaver Dam hospital in May. they sent me home with allergy medication. Went to Waukesha Memorial Hospital only to find out I had had two small strokes while I was in the care of Beaver Dam. Worst idiots I've ever met.
It depends on the department... I wish I could rate them individually...
This hospital is a joke and they don't do their jobs right so I will never recommend this hospital to anyone
worst experience ive ever had there was this morning with the lab techs they need to go back and practace not only technique but how to be nice to the patient
