Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was consistently disappointing. The first time I came in, the receptionist was about 30 minutes late, so I had to wait downstairs for her to arrive and get settled. On both of my visits, she was on FaceTime instead of being attentive to customers, which came across as unprofessional. I was disappointed with my experience\. No before photos were taken prior to my treatment, which I think should be a standard part of documenting results\. The injector also didn’t show me the product being used, so I wasn’t able to verify what was being injected\. I also wasn’t offered a follow\-up appointment or the opportunity for a touch\-up if needed, which I’ve come to expect from reputable aesthetic practices\. Had an expensive but great brow experience. That said the woman at checkout was awful and a disservice to the staff. Minus one star for that.

Vincent is the absolute best, he is so kind and knows exactly what to do. He’s approachable and answers all your questions; and he remembers you each visit. From the moment you walk in, the front desk manager is incredibly kind and makes you feel welcomed. I highly recommend beauty fix in Brickell. They make the process easy and have the best staff. Unfortunately this is not my first time at Beautyfix but it will be my last. The last appointment was rushed, I didn’t get to see how much or of what product was being used and my forehead was completely frozen in some places for weeks. Then suddenly the product is gone in 7/8 weeks. I’ve tried to call several times and haven’t received a call back or any outreach whatsoever.
