As a first-time customer of this store I was not aware that they had a policy that said no refunds returnz or exchange. After we had made the purchase and returned to the store to claim or money back the lady at the register told is it says it on the receipt, first of all we get the recipe after we had already gotten the products , second the only other thing that said anything about the final sales was a damaged all paper that didn't even had any speculations about that supposed final sales with no end dates or anything. I was able to find the hair I needed since Amazon was back up. I found some beautiful faux locs & for a reasonable price. The cashier was very kind as well.

I love this store. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and they have beautiful wigs. Plus if you follow their IG you always know when theyre having a sale
