I purchased a groupon for a mink lash extension. Well the lady at this location do want to do it for the price on groupon. She will only do it if you pay the full price. if you don't want to honor groupon take it down. They do that to get you to the place and once you are there they change price. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! The last time I got my lashes done, I purchases 3 $45 lash services for $100... the girl gave me a card and told me that when I returned to receive my other 2 services, the card would be ALL that I needed. Well today, the older lady told me that the card was NOT sufficient payment, refused to contact the other lady who clearly signed the card, accused me trying to fight her, and made me pay!!
The eyebrow technician did a horrible job on my eyebrows. She did not advise me prior that she would be using wax. I didn’t want to leave a comment before looking at my face a week later after service still pisses me off. My eyebrows were perfect thickness until I walked into this place. The lady was on the phone the whole time. She cut off the tail of my right eyebrows and she didn’t even acknowledge my concern. She was trash. I recommend Jasmin’s Arches in Homewood. Better trained techs and better service.
Tammy Do a great job every time I come from my eyebrows wax to my Brazilian wax. She also does great lashes as well.
