Had permanent makeup done here by Mina. Had my eyebrows done and Mina was so patient with me! I was super nervous my first visit. She took the time to walk through the process step by step, explained everything thoroughly, and showed me the different options on technique to get the results I want. Terrible customer service and greedy too. Lost me as client.
I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Facility looked very clean. I was greeted immediately with a smile! The lady that did my lips and brows was the best! She explained everything! The teacher/owner was checking on us often...very nice lady! Very professional and excellent work on my brows and lips! Offered drinks and snacks! A+ in my book!!!
Laura O does my eyebrows and I’m always so happy with the results! She is always so professional, friendly, and makes the whole experience quick and comfortable. The shape is perfect—clean, natural, and flattering to my face. Laura O always takes the time to check in with me about the shape I want and she is gentle throughout the process. Not very happy with this place. Did 3 syringes of lip filler in 4 months. Between 1 and 2 was only 4 weeks. Did not know but I guess you’re supposed to wait nearly 3 months in between appointments. They didn’t want to tell me that so they could make more money now, obviously. The problem isn’t even that it’s too much filler, it’s too much migration.
