Service does not meet expectations – First the positives- loved the facials here. Next, every visit to the hair salon has been an disaster. They have charged a premium price for far less than premium skill and service. Had my requests promptly ignored everytime!! Very unhappy with the salon. Will NEVER go back. You should avoid them as well. Other area salons provide superior skill and service!!
User review by denisek – My experiences at Beautique were varied. Facials were very good, but could not balance the awful hair styling experiences. They do ignore requests for not using certain products. Thanks for the asthma attack after covering me in some horrible aromatherapy oil!! I also hate that after having my hair sprayed down to wet it (not even washed!) I was charged $7 for a wash. They told me that it is a complimentary service and everyone is charged for it. Turk gave me a sexy cut and color! – I just started getting hilights and Turk did it the way I like them - natural. I don't even like my hair and now I have different styles in which I can wear it. He hooked me up!

Great massage! – If you are looking for a great massage and genuine care, call for Karen! She was thoughtful and very skilled, giving me just the kind of massage and wanted and paid for! Often, you can take chances on masseuses and wish you had that hour and/money back--Karen comes with great recommendations, and you can have confidence your time and money will be well spent!
Excellent care! – Rubina is a wonderful aesthestician and takes the time to understand her clients' needs and then develops a skin-care program suited to those problem areas. She has made the spa experience so much more rewarding. Thank you!!
It was my first service in this spa.I had a facial.I paid $90 for a simple deep cleansing.I find however a little overprice for the service.Also , I did not ask for an arms and hands rubbing.She used a little of the steam only.The session was less than one hour.My technicien had "good hands", but worked a little to fast for my test.I will not be back again .Too expensive for an "classic" service.
TWO THUMBS UP!! – I've been coming for years. I've always been treated great. This establishment is clean , well managed and lively. Although there is much talent in this salon I like to give credit where credit is deserved. For waxing, I would definetly recommend Rubina or Jennifer. For massage I would recommend Diane or Karen, and for stylists I would most definetly recommend Turk or Chris. Turk is a man and Chris is a woman, to clear things up. Visiting Texas – While down visiting my daughter I went to Chris for my cut & style. She then became a weekly craving for her sets and Texas charm. The salon is big but she guided me and made me feel right at home. She started with a wonderful shampoo including a to die for scalp massage. Which made everything just disappear for a moment. I give this salon a 10+. My only downfall is that I can't take her home with me. Thank you Chris and hope to see you soon!!!
