Unacceptable Service – I visited Beautique today and received horrible service from the valet. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes while the valet scrambled to help the customers arriving and leaving, I lost patience when he started assisting the vehicles in line behind me. At this point I got out of my vehicle to ask him if he was going to park my car. He glared at me, said he didn?t know I was waiting for the valet and then continued to assist the customers behind me. Rubina is the best for eyebrows – I have had my eyebrows done at many, many places - from regular little shops to high end Galleria salons, and I must admit....Rubina is by far the BEST! She works like a true artist. Her attention to detail and friendly personality truly makes her shine. Her finished work is beautiful, polished and always perfect!!! I highly recommend going to Beautique to see Rubina!!!
Loved it. – I took a chance and scheduled a haircut after reading the great reviews on citysearch. I didn't request a specific stylist and was set up with Brandi. She really listened to me and explained what she was doing as she cut my hair. I'm definitely going back.
Best eyelash and brow tinting, best brow wax, wonderful massages and terrific haircuts! – Rubina tints my brows and lashes and does my brow waxing. She is the best. I'm generally a flexible person, but I will not see anyone else in the city for these services. She's efficient, professional, considerate, kind, and thorough. Rubina is EXCELLENT!!! – I have been going to Rubina for quite sometime now for my brazillians. She is by far the best I've been to in Houston. She is fast and accomodating and not to mention sweet. I remember the first time I saw her she made me feel very comfortable. I wasn't nervous at all which is a hard thing to do when you go for your first bikini wax with a stranger!!! Get a FABULOUS FACIAL with ALYSE!!! – Excellent! I have been receiving INCREDIBLE facials from ALYSE for over a year now. She is a true miracle worker. Gentle, caring, knowledgeable...a gem! And the price is great for the relaxation she provides. She can take care of any skin issues, and she does a perfect job on my eyebrows each time. My mom (60) sees her as do I (30 yrs) and we LOVE her! WONDERFUL!!!!
Great customer service – Beautique is a great place to get your hair done, your manicures, pedicures, facials, and hair removal. The people are friendly, and the ambience is very relaxing. A little pricy, but well worth every dime. Rubina is the best for hair removal!
a constant disappointment – I don't know how this place gets such a good ranking. I've been here for haircuts twice, to two different people (Turk and David), and left feeling disappointed and ripped off both times. The second time I came in my haircut and blowdry was done in under 30 minutes. Neither stylist would listen to what I asked, just assuming they knew best.
