HORRIBLE STAFF – First, the staff is HORRIBLE. They are rude, and not able to assit you with anything. My stylist is great & so is my manicurist....the people that shampoo people are nice as well. I am not sure what happend to the old owners, but they need to fire Steve, and the other man that is upfront. MaryAnn is nice. My hair cut was great and I would follow my stylist ANYWHERE. THE WORST PARKING EVER
Big Let Down – I went to Ashley twice over the past six months and both times have been highly disappointed. She threw my color and highlights on so fast I knew it couldn't turn out right - and it didn't. In addition to being unhappy with my color I got sticker shock both times I went to check out. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone who appreciates attentiveness and a high level of skill.
I won't go anywhere else – I'm a former TOVA'S client, and decided to search for a new salon because the employees at TOVA'S relentlessly push additional products and services on clients, even after several years of patronage. I tried Bella Spatique in Uptown Park, and found them to be icy and aloof, despite marginal service. User review by heather1017 – I would highly recommend the Beautique. Everytime I go there, my appointments start on time, everyone is friendly, and I am in and out in the minimal amount of time. As far as hair removal goes, I would recommend Rubina. She does waxing and threading (for those of you on facial products that prohibit waxing). Always friendly and efficient.
Simply SANITARY :) – I have been to this spa many times. I love the facials and massages. I know a lot of people don't enjoy the fact that everything is so simple in appearance, but I've got to say that I would much rather a SANITARY environment that employs extremely educated individuals, than a facility that is all fluff and no results, and that are not very clean. Beautique is an awesome place to go for the quality services provided! Service is always top notch!
Comment on peoples observation – I just had to log on to give my opinion on this great salon. My whole family comes to this salon. It started with my grandmother and now my children are going. I've always been treated great, always walked out with great styles and maybe once or twice have I had to say something but I've always been taken care of immediatly. I have recommended to several people I know and they too love this great place. I think you should definetly try first before having any restraints.
Very Basic- Don't expect too much! – Beautique is ok-- and only ok. If you say exactly what you want, they can do it; if you want artistic input this is not the place! Basic coloring is OK, but if you want anything other than very basic single process you are courting disaster. I am unhappy with my last color, I called them and they told me that my stylist would get back to me Wednesday (this is Monday afternoon!). Sheer Delight – Well first I would like to add that if it wasn't for citysearch I wouldn't have found this great salon located in Rice Village. While here for medical reasons, I went in for color, highlights, cut and style. A Chris was assigned to me, and I was a little nervous being that I was new, but this beautiful girl with a smile that would melt your heart came and greeted me and I felt at ease. Had a great day – I recieved a gift certificate form my husband for a full day at the spa. When I walked in to Beautique I didn't know what to expect but everyone for the receptionist to the shampoo girl treated me like royalty.. I loved my massage, and pedicure alot but the haircut and style took the was increddible thank you Turk for fixing my hair this is the least i can do for you.. I will soon see you for my summer highlights.
