Recommended***** Twice in two years I've been in treatment at Beaumont Hospital by way of the Emergency Department. Both times I was greeted by kind, professional and efficient staff all of whom worked together to provide me with excellent care. Both times I had over night stays, and again, throughout my stay, cared for by teams of people working in tandom in my best interest. RecommendedThanks to the note from my doctor, I was able to get in there quickly. Ultimately, I was there for about 5-6 hours, but it was worth it.

RecommendedBrought my 92 year old Mom in on 6/20/19. ER staff were quick and efficient. The staff in the observation wing were kind, competent and compassionate. They took great care of her. We are all grateful and thankful for all they did!
RecommendedAs soon as I arrived at the ER, before my husband parked the car, I was taken to triage for evaluation. By the time my husband walked in, I had a fresh ice pack and was quickly taken to a room. Met with a doctor within 5 mins being in the room. We were in and out in an hour. I think someone checked on me every five minutes. Best care at ER ever!

the worst hospital I have ever been too. the staff was extremely rude and rushed me out of my room to get another patient into it. then when calling for paperwork was hung up on by the ER staff then was treated even worse when I went in to get paperwork from them. I will never go back if that is how they treat their patients. horrible practice!
