very disrespectful lack basic morals and empathy. very long story short i wouldn't take my 5 yr old son here if he was dieing. i was here less then 5 min n was laughed at made fun of and told to leave even tho i was brought by ambulance.. I've never liked garden city hospital. but in the 5 min at garden city i was taken care of an talked to doctors. while i was laughed at and told to leave within 5 min of ARRIVING BY AMBULANCE.. i can't speak for entire hospital but the men and woman behind the emergency desk especially the ... read more

I don't have any kind words to say about Beaumont Urgent Care (Farmington Hills or Orchard Lake, Grandriver. I was turned away on Orchard Lake for no reason on the phone. The Grandriver Location did not examine me. Instead they gave me medication and sent me home. I had to call about the results. The Dr. actually very nonchalant and did not care. Mammogram at Troy Beaumont. TERRIBLE experience.FIFTEEN-15 women sitting in small waiting room separated by short plexiglass,others sitting on floor in hall. No social distancing!!! Waited 45 minutes.Why make appointment?????Board of Health needs to be notified!!!!!!Btw,,,technician RUDE.
You know how the hospital system is advertising “don’t put off care”, we’re here and ready to take care of you” so schedule your treatment, schedule your procedures!!! BS!!!! Doctor said go tothe ER. Two hour wait just to be seen. Stuck now in observation for hours. Finally admitted and no beds available. 3:00 a.m. stuck here all night. Had to ask for a pillow. RecommendedI just came home from emergency surgery. I went in on Friday night. The wait was almost 3 hours to finally see a doctor but it’s a pandemic so it is what it is. Every single nurse and Dr were absolutely amazing. Bedside manner was impeccable and they literally took every ache and pain seriously. I am grateful for the staff at Royal Oak Beaumont. Thank you guys. You are all seriously super hero’s!
The worse experience in my life, I came by ambulance , my vitals good - put in a waiting room with others already there. The pain I was having was crippling I couldn’t stand straight , nor sit. They would not let me lay anywhere , in my pjs, in servers pain & throwing up left there in the middle of the waiting room, everyone waiting had to watch my events . They’d gasp cover their faces it was terrible , only guard said to me is you must wear your mask, so in between throw ups I’d pull it up, no one assisted me, I walked to ... read more
Patients shouldn't have to wait in a room for 45 minutes, and the Dr. shouldn't be so short and rude to a 15 year old patient!
