Resort itself is nice. One thing that i couldnt stand was when you go to your room from lobby floor someone always ask to see your room key everytime. Very annoying especially when your hands are full. Be better if same person asked for room key for whole shift so maybe theyd remember the guest instead of three people asking me within one hour. Buffet has options but food is bland. Casino is average and i was disappointed there was no video roulette or a few other games i like. Left early and went to another casino

I love going to the Beax Rivage its So beautiful but i never win there but i still had fun
This is most definitely a 5 star resort . The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of choices for food from the buffet to the terrace to the coast to the snack bar in the corner to the roasted Bean . Room service is also a option. They are remodeling the suite floors we got a peek they are beautiful. We were there from November 5-11. I will be back in January. These people who complain on here are crazy. Omg! The Patti Labelle concert was great and the steak house was so fancy! Awesome experience staff was professional and polite! Everything was amazing especially the food and drinks! The environment was safe and friendly, my husband and I will be going back!
Food is not like it use to be and the seafood don't taste good
