Beau Rivage must change. There seems to problem at the craps tables . some of the staff have attitude, and it seems to be supported by some pit bosses. this didn't only happen now in 4/11/24, but also three years ago (also when I swore to never return). They think they can laud and beret players at will.

On 11-20-21 my wife and I were scheduled to fly from Rockford, Ill to Gulfport/Biloxi, MS. on Sun Country airlines flight # ****. We were informed that our flight was delayed. After some time the plane arrived but we then sat for an additional hour wit NO communication. We were eventually advised that the flight crew had maxed out on their airtime and then told that our flight was cancelled. Throughout this delay we were not informed. From the start this trip was a joke. I will be telling everyone I know what a horrible experience we have had with the MLife charter host. I plan on taking this to the very top you can’t treat people like this and expect people not to do something or say something. I would think twice before booking with them ever!!! Trust me there are plenty of Casinos in the area that will love my money. We came here to plan a very large group trip and you failed.
