Love the Beau but your elevators are TERRIBLE 😩 Literally waited for 30 mins for an elevator on the 6th floor Sunday morning. Only 2 opened up in that 30 min span and were completely packed. We ended up taking the stairs down with loads of luggage and it put us outside to the far left of the building and we had to walk all the way around the front to get back inside and take another set of elevators to the parking garage. Was a 2 hour ordeal...

We spent one night at the hotel to attend the Rachel Platten concert and it was fabulous. The hotel and staff are wonderful. We hadn’t attended a concert there so didn’t know what to expect but it was great. We will definitely go back.

We were there two days. It was 2 days in heaven! Atmosphere, service, food were all exquisite! We saw Circovia. It was magnificent. A group of very talented young people . Loved their choice of music.

This hotel/casino used to be one of the best in the gulf coast. Unfortunately, the attention to detail isn’t there and there’s no Southern charm happening with the employees. Even the buffet isn’t as grand.

When we arrived they greeted us like we were the only one's there. From the valet parking ,bell hop and front desk. Our room was spotless I mean spotless. The food was great at all the restaurants in the Beau Rivage. The steak house is a must,it makes ruth chris steak house taste like Mc Donald's. Now the coffee shop was a waste of time employees were more worried about who texted them and its your turn to do counter. They would look at the line and would look away. I have been coming to the Beau Rivage for several several years. I have lost my share of money but I have also won my share too. Staff is very friendly and the food is fantastic. Love the ribeye at the Terrace Cafe. My host Kristen is awesome!!! Can wait to come back.
