Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

So I decided to give the Beast another chance as the 1st experience here wasn’t to pleasant. I must say that this time they rocked it. Service was phenomena, brisket was incredible and the bacon Mac and cheese �. I would have two suggestions though, don’t run out of fountain soda on a Saturday at noon, they had 2 flavors that were out so selection was limited. Everything is good. I'm a brisket fan and theirs is fabulous.
It's rare to find tri-tip east of Cali. I was so happy to see it on the menu my first time visiting! It was delicious! And the selection of craft beers was great too!
Best brisket ever and omg the Brussels sprouts are incredible.. wow!
