Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Absolutely amazing food! I highly recommend the 1/2 chicken and most definitely the pork steak!! And make sure to get a cup of each of their bbq sauces!!!
Best Pork Steak I've ever had. Not a single thing on their menu I haven't liked. The staff is awesome. The best BBQ joint in the St. Louis area.
