Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

From the person who greeted us (who was one of the most entertaining, service-focused people I've met), to the fantastic food, this was a great experience! Gotta love a restaurant with their own fry sauce :) We'll be back when we are in the area!
This is a class act establishment, owner met us at the door, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent the portions are out of control!
