With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Unique, superior flavor.
The food here was incredible. The smoked meat was amazing and the brunch was wonderful. I absolutely loved the friendly atmosphere and the smoked cauliflower was delicious. Lots of original menu items. Having the chefs there cooking omelets to order over the fire created a great brunch. The fresher brewed tea was number one as well. Creating this great place to eat was definitely done with precision from the smallest detail offered like great ice to the biggest detail to incredible tasting meat. Was there about a year ago. Not as good. Service slow, not as clean and food was not as good.
best bbq around. they use quality ingredients and it really shows in the food.

The best bbq I have ever had and the vinegar sauce is amazing! I would buy gallons of that stuff
My two highlights are the brisket and pork steak.
