Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Had their bbq many times and it’s all delicious. A friend of mine told me I had to try the sweet & spicy turkey melt sandwich one day. It’s rare I go to bbq places for turkey but I have to say it was the best turkey sandwich I’ve ever had, and quite possibly the best overall sandwich I’ve ever had. Of course their burnt ends and wagyu brisket are amazing, but that turkey sandwich is the star of the show. Unreal how good it is. Thank you guys for all the great food and service.

Excellent food. The brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had. The sliced brisket was so tender and juicy.

I have never been disappointed! The waygu beef brisket today was amazing and the smoked cauliflower and sprouts. Looking forward to trying something new next time.
