"All Killer, No Filler" is how we build our daily menus. Every item is the very best we could prepare it that day, or it doesn't make the cut. Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

All Killer / No Filler. This place does it right!! If you leave here hungry, just go ahead and cut your tongue out since you probably didn't have any taste buds left anyways.
Just picked up a Togo order and had the fries with fry sauce for the first time. It was AMAZING, and as always the Brussel sprouts were on point. If you want good fresh bbq this is the place to eat!!!!!
They did not provide bbq sauce! So disappointing.

Sorry, Courtney... it is definitely our policy to include our Signature Vinegar sauce unless you request another. It is possible that the staff over-looked it. How was everything else?

Hands down the best BBQ ribs to date. Mac n Cheese to die for, cole slaw, pulled pork all fantastic.
