"All Killer, No Filler" is how we build our daily menus. Every item is the very best we could prepare it that day, or it doesn't make the cut. Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

There isn't a better BBQ place and I mean this on every level. The food, the employees, the selection, the sauces, everything about Beast is unmatched anywhere else. Our favorite place to take our kids or have a few beers and BBQ alone! (P.S. Always get the fry sauce. It's a must.)
