Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

RecommendedVery good barbecue. We think it is better than Pappy's and Bogarts. Clean and not fatty or greasy. Best potatoe salad and slaw. Some reviews said it is pricey but you can't have good food with cheap ingredients. You can tell there is alot of love making their food. Great service and servers were fantastic.

Our first time there and we were in line maybe 6 minutes. After paying and getting our soda not even 5 minutes of sitting we got our food. EXCELLENT quality and mind you it was quicker than Fast food. The pork steak you could cut with a fork and was a great size! Employees checked on you alot and really cared and very knowledgeable about their food. This took my #1 spot for BBQ food and that's in every state I've been too yet. My standards were high and wasn't let down even the slightest! HIGHLY recommend
Great food and great beer
Went for the first time. Had the pork steak and burnt ends! Outstanding. Had some brisket which was okay (got spoiled living in Texas) Finished with the bread pudding! Outstanding. Lots of left overs
Excellent burnt ends. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts. Then fountain drink choices are unique and great tasting! Will definetly eat here when we come to Belleville.
