Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

RecommendedRibs are the best I've ever had, no question. HIGHLY recommend them.
Pork steaks one cuts with a fork
Came in for lunch and it was good just enough sauce on the bbq, pit beans were excellent and yum candied bacon.
Went for the Wings!! My Brother Wade delivers Beer there and told me next time get a Burger!! Awsome place!!
The pork steaks are fantastic, thick and tender Potato salad is the bomb- they sear it Brussel sprouts are amazing!!! If you love bbq Beast Craft is the place! Fast and friendly service
Well worth the Trek from St Louis to Belleville. Plus you can drive by the Miles Davis home
The pork steak( so tender you eat it with a fork) and that brisket OMG!! Also the Brussels sprouts for a side item is a must try. Portions are great and staff is super friendly.
