Great Company! – I for one know that Bearings and Power Transmission is an awesome company not only for customers but also employees. My husband is and has been apart of this company for some time now and I will be the first to say that not only have they treated my husband great but also my family. employee discrimination – These people have people working for them who drinks on the job and does God knows what else. There is another employee who is blantantly disrespectful to coworkers and about his employers. There are a few good men there. Well, until today, that is. I hear they let one of their best men go with no warning. I know Alabama is an at will state but the reason for termination is completely ridiculous.
