My husband and I meet my sister and brother in law at your restaurant. We had never even heard of your restaurant before, but when we decided to meet half way we looked on line for a nice place to meet for late lunch/early dinner. Everything about it was well worth the 90 minute ride. The castle brought back memories of our trip to Ireland, the service was amazing, and the food was delicious! I had both my wedding reception and my baby shower at Beardslee Castle and have been coming here for dinner for many years. The food is excellent, the staff is easy to work with, and you cannot beat the atmosphere (especially in Fall and Winter). It's well worth the drive from Syracuse and is an excellent place to host an event or celebrate a milestone. Highly recommended!
