you should be ashamed of your lack of compassion to this young lady cancer isn't like a cold it goes away and everything will go on as planned. there are possible surgurys life altering chemo and radiations. way too many health issues going on and you want to not give her deposit back . where is your sense of responsibility are you so immune from this kind of health issues that you can't show compassion . I understand you have a business to run. But to deny a woman a refund especially when she has a medical condition, is ridiculous. Part of running a successful business is to ensure the satisfaction of your customers. It's a shame that you have to be reminded of that.

How can you profit off someone's health? Give them their deposit back! She didn't ask for cancer! It's sad enough that she won't be able to have her wedding day she wanted!
You have been open 20 years....Im sure you can fill the Seho date. How can you not offer her the deposit back?? It's cancer, not cold feet!! Im sure she would much rather be going to fittings and cake tastings than chemo...donate it back for her medical treatment, then you get the tax write-off and don't seem so evil....Its a very sad story. I understand its a business, but you still have to be human!! I would leave no star if i could. :(
Just terrible about that woman. I hope she will be ok. Good businessmen would've given her deposit back and when she's better, then reschedule it. I wouldn't schedule anything there after knowing this. I know things are rough now everywhere, but you just made your business worse now. Doing something good for someone rewards you. Have some compassion!
